By using Poornima Clinic's services — including our website, app, and home visit services — you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Medical Services Disclaimer

Poornima Clinic provides healthcare services through licensed medical professionals. While we strive for excellence, medical care outcomes cannot be guaranteed. Our services do not replace emergency care — please call 108 in case of a medical emergency.

3. Appointments & Cancellations

Appointments must be cancelled at least 2 hours in advance. Late cancellations or no-shows may incur a nominal fee. We reserve the right to reschedule appointments due to unforeseen circumstances.

4. Payment Terms

Payments are due at the time of service unless a credit arrangement has been agreed upon. We accept cash, UPI, and major debit/credit cards. All fees are inclusive of applicable taxes.

5. Patient Responsibilities

Patients must provide accurate medical history and information. Withholding relevant information may affect the quality of care provided and releases Poornima Clinic from liability for outcomes arising from incomplete information.
